How to open & setup a merchant account to use for credit cards

hi , i need a merchant account to process credit cards , or check them for validity and see error etc..

Country your living [this doesn't work for nigeria & ghana & vietnamse ]
bank account info (i don't mean password).
identity info (passport, id card)


if you want a merchant account to just convert your cards to money i will setup one for you . if you are a 3 month premium member it costs 100$
if you are a normal premium member it costs 250$
and for donated members it costs 350$
for unregistered members it costs 500$
