Account activated after 14 days ?

i know you may not allow me to post this thread
but 14 days ago i paid 150$ for my vip membership . but my account activated just yesterday . my core impact license activated in 6 hours and it wasn't immediate .

now tell me , if i pay for some bank logins or other stuffs to you is this going to take me 1 years to receive my stuffs ?

i actually didn't expect this myslef . we received a huge ddos attack from unknown hosts and Russian hackers who tried to inject our db's
anyway. we couldn't access any of our data till yesterday.
please be patient and wait until we arrange everything. i've sent all premium members stuffs right away today .

and we banned some of those leechers who did this to us too .
