If you have heard of MOTO where over the phone you can purchase via verifying yourself, is another option which can get you a purchase. Apart from that, you also need the DOB and SSN. I dont know how Mr Silverspam actually gets done with the merchant account thingy, but yes i am looking forward to hear from him regarding the merchant account whether is it being done as a third party or a direct party. Cause if done third party, any fraud occurs, all the merchant account holders (SUB) gets fucked and its banned.
