didn't receive DS Keylogger Update

i paid 100$ for ds keylogger with monthly update
the antivirus "KasperSky" has detected the server file not as a trojan
as a suspicious file .

last month i received the update on Sep 16th but today is Sep 19th
and i still haven't received the undetected keylogger file
